These ones were taken in January of 2006 at my highest weight of 261 pounds.

And then, these ones were taken July 16, 2006 at 208.6 pounds.
This is what happens after 6 months of working with a trainer.

Since those pics were taken, I am now at 168 (July 22/07)
My ultimate goal is to get down to around 125-130 pounds.
